It came as a shock to many especially Chelsea fans that the manager who has guarded and guided them back to the European competition will be with them no longer than yesterday night as he and the owners mutually agreed to part ways.

Before Pochettino's exit, Brighton's Manager also announced earlier enough that the Man United game with his side would be his last, he left too by mutual consent stating that it would be beneficial for both parties. 

We saw how he guided and even produced top players in the premier league including names like Caicedo. He fits what Chelsea is looking for, will they go for him, it remains a choice and decision for them.
